One of two very limited releases from the third batch of the 'Rare Collection' series in 2018.

El Dorado Rare Collection Diamond 1998 comes from the great Diamond distillery in Guyana (British Guiana). The distillery was smaller when this rum was created, however, as the country's other distilleries have since moved away. Barrels and stills were transferred to Diamond.

This expression contains a blend of selected rums from Diamond’s famous Coffey Still and Saville Still. These spirits were given the Marques SVW and DLR, and blended in the barrel before 20 years of tropical aging – an astonishing maturation given the heat and climate of Guyana.

Only 790 bottles were produced. This is a very limited edition, specially designed for the French distributor CBH.
