Shipping policy
Shipping to Australia:
We are now shipping with Australia Post utilising the eParcel Signature Wine service. What does that mean? It means that Australia Post will be unable to leave your order unattended. If no one is home to accept the order it will be taken to the local Post Office for you to collect.
We also include insurance/transit protection on every order, there’s no additional charge to you. We got you covered.
SAME DAY DELIVERY:
Express Same Business Day service will be fulfilled by Australia Post / StarTrack.
You must select the same-day shipping option on checkout.
Deliveries are only from Monday to Friday.
Weekend orders will be delivered Monday and public holidays will be next business day.
The shipping fee for this service is $15.00 (This fee is charged per case for cases of beer, cider, water, energy drinks and pre-mix/RTDs).
Delivery Time: Between 6-9PM, you must be home to accept the delivery and provide ID to the driver in accordance with Australian liquor regulations. If the delivery fails for whatever reason, a re-delivery will be re-scheduled for the following business day.
Cut-off Time: 2PM AEST (any orders after 2PM using this service will have their parcels delivered 6-9PM the following business day.)

FREIGHT COSTS & PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS
PO Boxes and parcel lockers now included in free shipping promotion.
The $249.99 value is the total cart value excluding shipping costs. For example if you want to order 1 x bottle for $249.99 this will qualify for the free shipping however if you want to order 1 x bottle for $248.99 this will not qualify.
Product Exclusions:
Free shipping is not eligible for any cases of beer, cider, water, energy drinks or pre-mix/RTDs. These products will be charged at a per case flat rate using the same flat rate for the areas below.
Example #1: If you order 1 x bottle of spirits valued less than $250 and a case of beer and are located in Melbourne the shipping fee will be $19.00 ($9.50 flat rate for the spirit bottle and $9.50 for the case of beer.)
Example #2: If you order 1 x bottle of spirits valued more than $250 and a case of beer and are located in Sydney the shipping fee will be $12.50 (Free shipping for the spirit bottle and $12.50 for the case of beer.)

Please bring your order confirmation and number when you come to collect your order. Park outside Warehouse 14, ring the doorbell and then someone will come and greet you at the door where the sign is.

Monday to Thursday between 9AM - 5PM
Friday between 9AM - 4PM.
We are closed on public holidays and weekends.

INSURANCE
We always insure your orders at no extra cost to you which means you are always covered for any loss or damage.
If your parcel is taking too long or hasn't been updated and you think something has gone wrong or for any delivery assistance just contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
FREIGHT TIMES
Please note these are the average estimates from the couriers we use, we can't factor for any unforeseen parcel delays. If you require your delivery by a specific date please be sure to use the express shipping or leave at least 2-3 days buffer to be on the safe side.
Overnight / Express Shipping:
We try to dispatch these in the same day where possible if your order is in before 12PM we should be able to dispatch it in the same day for next day delivery. But to be safe please put in your order as soon as possible.

SHIPPING TERMS
- Usually we dispatch your order the following business day however, please allow for up to 2 business days for handling (unless your product is stock on demand in which case it'll be dispatched according to the timeline specified on the product)
- Deliveries and dispatches are conducted during business hours, Monday - Friday only
- Excludes weekends and public holidays

- May be affected by factors out of our control
- If you have paid via PayPal e-cheque, your order will not be shipped until the payment has been approved from PayPal.
RETURNS
To return your product, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International Shipping:
We ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia using Australia Post standard and express international shipping. Please view the checkout for exact pricing.
Exclusions: All cases of beer, cider, water, energy drinks and pre-mix/RTDs are currently not available to ship internationally.
Tax & Duties: GST is not applied to any orders shipped internationally. Customs and duties are applicable for all orders. These fees may be charged by the carrier of the goods when the goods arrive in the nominated country.
If these fees are charged, you will be contacted by the courier or your local customs to pay the applicable fees on your goods prior to receiving your shipment. We cannot accept liability for bottles returned to us or destroyed by customs in the event that the fees are not paid. We also cannot refund orders that are returned to us because of customs fees not being paid.
