Christmas & New Years Trading Hours

Due to the high parcel volumes, some areas may see delays in expected delivery times so it is highly recommended to place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We will be dispatching all orders next business day or if we can in the same day to give you the best possible chance.

Your orders must be placed by or before the below dates to get your parcels by Christmas. 

Parcel Post:

VIC: 22nd December

NSW/ACT/QLD/SA/TAS: 18th December

WA/NT: 15th December

TNT Overnight Express:

All States: Monday 22nd December.

Order before the above dates to avoid disappointment.

Same Day Shipping:

Last day for same day shipping will be Christmas Eve 24th December.

Trading Hours Over Christmas and New Years:

Shipping:

We will be closed from 25th December 2025 to January 11th 2026.

Any orders placed between this time will be shipped out January 12th 2026.

The last day of dispatch will be 24th of December 2025. We will try to get all orders placed before 2PM out that day. Any orders placed after 2PM on the 24th of December will not be shipped until the 12th of January 2026.

Pick Ups:

Pickups will be open as per normal for the following dates:

Mon 23rd Dec - Open to 5PM

Tue 24th Dec - Open to 4PM

Wed 25th Dec - Jan 11th 2026 - Closed.

Pickups will resume as per normal from January 12th 2026.
