Fiano from Avellino is known for its intensity, and an almost waxy texture that develops into a luscious richness with medium-term aging. Donnachiara’s approach with the grape emphasizes varietal identity and respect for the land, resulting in wines that are authentic and expressive. It is vinified cool and gently, with no oak or malolactic fermentation.

Straw yellow in color, this refreshing dry white brings with it a delicate bouquet of ripe stone fruit, almonds and floral notes of acacia and hawthorn. The palate is mineral-tinged and spicy, accented with lashings of tropical fruit.
