Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dark caramel, charred oak, baking spice, and dried fruit.

Palate: Rich layers of cherry, raisin, lemon cake, apricot, minty rye spice, and caramel sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming with oak, honeyed fruit, chocolate, and lingering rye spice.
