Bellussi Prosecco Rosé Millesimato Brut is an elegant, refreshing sparkling wine made from a blend of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grapes grown in the Veneto region of Italy.

Taste and Appearance:

Colour: A delicate light pink or blush tone with bright ruby reflections.

Aroma: Intense and harmonious, featuring dominant notes of small red berries (strawberries, raspberries, and cherries) combined with hints of citrus and pink grapefruit.

Palate: Fresh, soft, and well-balanced with a silky body, persistent perlage (bubbles), and a crisp, dry finish.

Production and Serving:

Method: Produced using the Charmat method, with a short maceration given to the Pinot Nero grapes to extract its signature color.

Serving Temperature: Best served chilled at 6–8°C.

Pairings: Highly versatile; ideal as an aperitif, paired with seafood, oysters, fried foods, or enjoyed throughout a light meal.
