Dalmore King Alexander III:

Six cask finishes – small batch Bourbon casks, Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks, Madeira casks, Marsala casks, Port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques – are exquisitely married, to craft a one-of-a-kind whisky with a rich and enticing flavour profile.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Red berry fruits and hints of passion fruit.

Palate: Citrus zest, vanilla pod, crème caramel, and crushed almonds.

Finish: Cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

Dalmore 21 Year Old (2024 Edition):

An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Bitter dark chocolate, overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple.

Palate: Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan.

Finish: Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges.
