This white Pineau des Charentes is made using the Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard grape varieties, combining the lightly fermented grape must with Cognac eau-de-vie before being aged for a minimum of five years to be given the classification ‘Vieux Pineau’. This expression shows the true Hardy style, fine and subtle in aroma - offering a perfect balance between freshness and roundness.
