The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 2026 release is a 22-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that is non-chill filtered and bottled at 129.2 proof. This edition is comprised of 22-year-old barrels, produced in February, July and August of 2003, and bottled in December of 2025 at barrel proof. This is made from our traditional Bourbon Whiskey mashbill- 78% Corn, 10% Rye, 12% Malted Barley.

We're proud to introduce a new collection of extra-aged, ultra-premium American Whiskeys to our portfolio. The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection exemplifies the true craftsmanship, patience and consistency that are hallmarks of our almost 90 years of whiskey-making traditions. With new editions released every spring, this collection features Straight American Whiskeys from one of our six traditional mashbills. Ages vary by release but all editions feature our oldest stocks of barrels.

This 2026 edition features our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey mashbill of 78% Corn, 10% Rye, and 12% Malted Barley. We sampled several barrels to guarantee we mingled the Whiskey that delivered the best qualities of our traditional mashbill.

Aroma: Toasted Nuts, Aged Oak, and Bright Orange Oil.

"Should you buy it? Yes, if you are a big bourbon enthusiast and a fan of a ultra-high aged bourbons and you like the Heaven Hill profile. I would not recommend this to a novice whiskey drinker or if you don't really appreciate an oaky profile. It is oaky! Anyone saying this is not oaky, I disagree lol. It is very oaky - a monster with a lot going on, and it pulls no punches. That being said, it's extremely well integrated. Props to the Heaven Hill team for taking something at 22 years old and 129 proof and balancing it the way that they did. It's a master class, in my humble opinion. However, if you know you are sensitive to that, this is probably not for you. If you like your bourbon more like around 8 years or less and you like the bright, fruity, sweet aspects and not as much oak, then don't buy this. It won't be worth the money. And that's OK! Everyone likes different things and that's the great thing about talking about it with people and enjoying the experiences. As for me, this is personally the best bourbon that I've ever tried. "For fans of Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, this is your jam. Just imagine a modern age-stated 12-year release, double all its positives and add a lot of depth. For fans of Elijah Craig 18 year and 23 year, it's neither of those despite being the same bourbon recipe and nearly the same age.
