Wings of the Eagle celebrates Orkney’s wild and windy island climate. Matured in both sherry seasoned European and American oak casks resulting in a glowing amber natural cask driven colour; its spicy and elegant character reveals a sophisticated combination of flavours layered as intricately as the feathers of an eagle’s wing.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Soft fruits with a hint of smoke.

Palate: Sweet figs, apricots, warm nutmeg, chocolate coated marzipan.

Finish: Rich spices, vanilla, aromatic peat smoke.

"Milk chocolate, prunes, trail mix with dried fruits, and chocolate syrup delivered on the nose. The palate is soft at first, before showcasing fruitcake, dried apricots, campfire smores, peat, wet soil, and a bit of a grassy-floral streak like a dewy meadow.
