Majella Sparkling Shiraz is a vibrant, full-flavored Australian sparkling red wine from Coonawarra with a deep dark red color and bright ruby hue.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Vibrant dark red with a bright ruby hue and a fine, persistent bead.

Aroma: Fresh aromas of ripe plum, red currant, raspberry, and blackberry, complemented by hints of spice, cocoa, and mocha.

Palate: Smooth, luscious, and well-balanced, featuring dense dark fruit.

Winemaking & Style:

Region: Coonawarra, South Australia.

Process: Crafted using the traditional méthode traditionnelle. The base wine matures in seasoned French oak hogsheads for five months before secondary bottle fermentation. It spends 14 months on yeast lees and receives a small dosage of vintage port at disgorgement for added complexity.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with roast meats, barbecued meats, charcuterie, festive holiday fare, or even a classic bacon and eggs breakfast.

Cellaring: Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.
