This double oaked bourbon starts its journey in Indiana at MGP Distilling. We brought it into our warehouse in 2025 at 7yrs old. We then rebarreled the liquid into a new, toasted and charred American Oak barrel. The new oak barrel is 24 month seasoned, so the wood aged 2 years before becoming a char 3 and heavy toasted barrel. The extended finishing time for a total age of 8yr results in a balanced, rich and sweet wheated bourbon. Enjoy!

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A sweet, inviting aroma loaded with notes of toasted almonds, vanilla extract, kinder chocolate, and ground cinnamon.

Palate: Decadent and rich, leading with clove, apricot, plum, and raw cacao, followed by hints of cherries, tobacco leaf, smoke, and sweet vanilla bean.

Finish: Medium-to-long, leaving lingering flavours of dark chocolate, toasted baking spices, and smoky vanilla.
