This expression “Finished in Cabernet- Sauvignon Casks”, released as a limited edition of only 7 100 individually numbered bottles, includes a maturation stage in French oak casks that previously held French wines made from cabernet-sauvignon (70%), merlot and cabernet franc grape varietals. The bottle number is specified on the front label of the bottle close to Cécile Roudaut’s signature.
Appearance: Dark amber with mahogany hues.
Nose: Red fruits, fresh butter, ginger and liquorice with a hint of pepper.
Palate: Elegant, sweet and fruity with notes of red and black fruits, pastry and vegetables. Fresh notes of wood, enhanced by soft tannins with a hint of cloves and liquorice.
