1792 Single Barrel Select WHA Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750mL

We're thrilled to announce our 8th single barrel release, and our 4th with the multi-award winning Barton 1792 Distillery!  Selected with the team from Southtrade International back in March 2021, this barrel had all the classic 1792 characteristics we all love, rich butterscotch, caramel and slight hints of banana but with an older dustiness not typically found in the standard expression. 

In order to create this unique bourbon, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed "exceptional" are offered to VIP customers through the Single Barrel Select program. 

Each bottle is hand numbered with a custom label including all barrel details above.

Barton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and continues today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Situated in heart of bourbon country on 196 acres, the Distillery boasts 29 barrel aging warehouses, 22 other buildings including an impressive still house, and the legendary Tom Moore Spring. Named in honor of the year Kentucky joined the United States.

In order to create this unique bourbon, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed "exceptional" are then bottled individually, one by one. This preserves the distinct character of each barrel.
